New tool for servers :Blacksskicker

As the name of the tool suppose this tool made by Desolator , kicks the players having black punkbuster screenshots, until now there was no tools like this for AA3, the Toro  banlist black pbss tool only works in AA2. This one is different because it kicks for consecutive screenshots, not the amount of black pbsss, if like me you come back to desktop sometimes and make black pbss well if you make clean ones after you will not be kicked.

The good points of this tool :

- You choose the ammount of CONSECUTIVE black screenshots that must be returned toauto kick the player with black screenshots.

- You choose the time in minutes a player have to wait before be able to join the server again.

- It keeps in memory the kicked players and amoout of returned black pbss, for example a player return 2 consecutive black pbss and leave the server, when he comes back few days after if he don't return a clean pbss, he will be kicked on the 1st black pbss ( 2 previous + this one = 3 consecutive black pbss > kick ).
Same thing if he is kicked for 3 consecutive black pbss, after the kick time when he is allowed to come back, if his first pbss returned on server is black he will be kicked immediately after it, no need to wait for 3 others consecutive black pbss again, if he come back and make a clean screenshot the tool will reset his amount of consecutive black pbss to zero.

- Ability to exclude some player from getting kicked immunizing them GUID's

- Works with AA2 and AA3

It's running on my server since 2 days, set to 3 consecutive black pbss with a time kick of 15 minutes before be able to come back on server, those settings will be changed if needed.
